With the end of the state quarter program these certified proof quarters will begin to gain value in short order. Look at the 1999 series now ! ICG is one of the top 3 third party graders in the world and does grade pretty close to the mark. I have even tried reslabbing ICG's thru PCGS and received the same grade about 75% of the time. Not always of course but thats a good average in my opinion.
